The Message of Brahim al-Oqab The blending of the Hijaz and Najdi heritage, believing in “the inherited”.
Fourteen years ago, in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, the “Al-Aqabia” farm was established, so that its program carries an important message in horse breeding, according to which the Arabian horses are raised with pure blood while preserving them and not mixing them with other blood to be a legacy for future generations.
The breeding program in “Al-Aqabiah” has special advantages as it is concerned with the production of horses with high compositions that are strong in movement and beauty. Therefore, the Punishment Program relied on a group of purebred Arabian horses, the founders of the program.
Among the stallions on which the program relied were the stallion “Ibhar Al-Arab” son of “Sinan Al-Rayyan” and his mother “Amal bint Prince Femneh”, “Bashir Al-Rayyan” father “Safir Al-Rayyan” and mother “Ansata Selkat”, and “Safeer Al-Puniya” Ibn “Bashir Al-Rayyan” His mother, “Saida,” the daughter of “Safira Al-Rayyan,” “Laith,” the son of “Ansata Al-Muttazil”, and his mother, “Halima Luria,” the granddaughter of “Monia Al-Sharaf”, and “Ezz” the son of “Ajmal Talal,” his mother, “Bella Stella,” the daughter of “Simon Shah”, And “Mari Al Shaqab” is the son of “Al Udeid Al Shaqab” and his mother “Badaweya Al Shaqab” Rasan Dahman Shahban.
Regarding the architectural style, he visited the “horse site” Al-Aqabiyya farm and found it was built in the traditional style of the Arabian Peninsula, and its owner, Mr. Brahim Al-Oqab, excelled in mixing the Hijaz style in building with stone and the Najdi style in building with clay and wood.
As for the architectural form of the stable, it is a garden with a wonderful fountain in the middle and trees planted from the magnificent neem and rose trees, surrounded by square arches in an exquisite shape, and the stall was designed with a high gate with a painting in the middle of the authentic Egyptian Arabian horse.
The owner of the farm, Mr. Brahim al-Oqab, has a clear vision of the breeding program, some of which he explained to the “Al-Khail” website, which is: “His love for horses was established in his heart from a young age and this journey began with the belief that this legacy has a message. To the Arabian Peninsula, he also started his journey of choosing established mothers before choosing divorces, stressing that the basis of breeding programs are mothers.
