In his memorandum to Mohamed Taher Pasha, president of the Egyptian Agricultural Association, General Tibor de Baddo Santer, the Hungarian expert on the breeding of Arabian horses at a farm in Kafr Farouq “Zahraa”, presented a way to deal with the remnants of the horse.
In his plan for the development of the “Zahraa” station, the expert was keen to check all the details even small and ordinary ones, saying: “The remnants of horses must be collected daily several times and put in small closed vans for using in fertilization, thus we can maximize the benefit of them and reduce the damage caused by flies.”
“The waste in the pastures must be collected daily, and the fertilizers must be monitored daily, and before fertilizing the pasture, the fertilizer must be carefully purified and then distributed to the entire pasture.
